Right to Cancel
Things happen, life and priorities change. Sometimes you may want to make a purchase, then something happens which means you have to change. It seldom happens, but do know you can contact me. Let me know what is happening and let's see what we can do. Your Consumer Rights / Consumer Contracts Regulation s provide a time frame for you to cancel any non-bespoke item.
Cancelling an order
Received but changed my mind
Let me know you have changed your mind as soon as possible. You have 14 days upon receipt of your purchase to notify me that you have changed your mind. Please note, this does not apply to bespoke items, or those opened up that are for piercings. You are responsible for the return postage, which must be trackable and insured. Please email me to move this forward, or use the form below. For any commission that you cancel, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all commissions in silver, and the cost of the metal for those in gold. However, on the very rare occasion, that I need to cancel the commission, you will be notified either verbally, or written, and if not at fault, fully refunded.
I have received it, but changed my mind. Send it back within 14 days for a refund of the item cost. Please note, this does not apply to bespoke items, or those opened up that are for piercings. You are responsible for the return postage, which must be trackable and insured. Please email me to move this forward, or use the form below.
Developed a Fault
I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and want to make further purchases in the future. Sometimes things happen that mean items can develop faults, your statutory rights fully respected. Let me know as soon as possible after purchase if you find this has happened. You have 30 days to return it for a refund; after that it can only be a partial refund. If you have accidentally damaged it, send it to me, and I will see what I can do to fix it. Please return by Royal Mail Special Delivery if UK based / International track and trace as this is the only insured and trackable service. For Australia, a special courier service is needed, please do contact me, although this is a very expensive option, it does mean you can have something from the Sleeping Dragon Jewellery cave.
Sometimes the Postal Service may have a role in the way your item has arrived. All paid for pieces are robustly packaged with shredded tissue in a dragon scale box, that is wrapped and tied with a bow. If it has been damaged as a result of postage, then I need to inform them as soon as possible. I am essentially the customer, so I will need a photo of the damage to show the postal courier in order to start a claim. Please return the item to me via a trackable and insured route. In the UK Special Delivery is recommended, you will be refunded. Internationally please contact me to agree the best method.
